How long can the goods be delivered after the order is placed?

Most products are available in stock and will be delivered within 1-3 working days after payment settlement. Please confirm the delivery address with us again before shipment.

Can I package and transport goods through other logistics methods?

Most orders will be sent through the logistics listed. If there is no special instruction from customers, the packing will be declared according to our experience.

If you have special requirements for the mode of shipment, please contact us in advance.

How can I track the goods after your shipment?

After delivery, we will inform you of the tracking number by email. Please make sure your email address is correct.

If there is something wrong with the goods, can I return them?

We offer a one-year warranty for all transmitters we sell. (Free of maintenance fee, freight is borne by the buyer) if there is any quality problem at the time of arrival, we will provide a free return service after confirming the problem.

How do I choose the right power FM transmitter and transmitter combination?

The coverage of the FM transmitter is affected by transmitter power, antenna gain, terrain environment, and other factors; in addition, different power transmitters and their combination application scenarios are also different. If you need professional purchasing guidance, please consult us in time.

How far can FM transmitter of different power cover in radius?

The transmission range depends on many factors. The real broadcast distance depends on the transmitter output power, antenna gain, antenna installation height, sensitivity of the receiver, the antenna of the receiver, and the environment like buildings, obstructions, and mountains.

Can I use your antenna for other FM transmitters?

Yes, you can. You can use our antenna for other FM transmitters, but you need to be aware of the types of the RF connectors and the output power of your transmitter in advance.

What kind of coaxial cable should I use for the transmitter?

If the transmitter's power is less than 30watts, please use -3 cables.

If the transmitter's power is less than 80watts, please use -5 cables.

If the transmitter's power is less than 300watts, please use -7 cables.

If the transmitter's power is less than 1kW, please use 1/2" cable.

If the transmitter's power is less than 3kW, please use 7/8" cable.

If the transmitter's power is less than 5kW, please use 1+5/8' cable.

If the transmitter's power is less than 10kw, please use 3-1/8" cable.

What kind of RF connector should I use for the transmitter?

If the transmitter's power is less than 30watts please use TNC, BNC or NK connector.

If the transmitter's power is less than 80watts please use NK connector.

If the transmitter's power is less than 300watts please use NK connector.

If the transmitter's power is less than 1000watt please use L29 connector.

If the transmitter's power is less than 3kW please use L29 connector.

If the transmitter's power is less than 5kW please use 1+5/8' connector.

If the transmitter's power is less than 10kW please use 3-1/8" connector.

Is everything included in the transmitter pack? Or do I need to buy other components separately?

The complete set package includes everything like the transmitter, the cables, and the connectors; you do not need to buy any other things.

With what type of antenna does one obtain the maximum range? Dipole, ground plane, or circularly polarized FM antenna?

It depends on the antenna gain. More gain more coverage. If the transmitter site environment is very crowded, we suggest using the circularly polarized FM antenna.
